We offer 200h, 300h and 500h teacher trainings. All the classes are designed to deepen your yogic practice and knowledge :

Asanas & Anatomy — Align your Body

In our Yoga TTC and retreat programs, you’ll explore the physical practice of asanas with a focus on proper alignment, anatomy, and mindful movement. You’ll experience a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, and restorative yoga, each offering unique benefits for strength, flexibility, and balance. Every posture is carefully broken down to help you understand how muscles, joints, and energy channels work together, reducing the risk of injury and deepening your practice. This knowledge is essential not only for personal transformation but also for teaching others safely. Through daily practice, hands-on adjustments, and guided instruction, your body will become stronger, more aware, and fully attuned to the principles of yoga.

Meditation — Calm your Mind

Meditation is at the heart of every Yoga TTC and retreat, helping you cultivate inner calm, focus, and emotional resilience. You’ll explore a variety of meditation styles including Mindfulness, Vipassana, Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Breath Awareness techniques, each designed to calm the nervous system and deepen self-awareness. These practices reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance mental clarity, supporting both personal transformation and future teaching. Through daily sessions, silent meditations, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, creating balance, presence, and a grounded sense of well-being.

Indian philosophy — Elevate your Soul

Yoga is more than physical practice; it is a journey of the mind and spirit. In our TTC and retreats, you’ll study classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and explore ethical principles like Yamas and Niyamas. This foundation helps you understand the deeper purpose behind every posture, breath, and meditation. Studying philosophy enriches your personal practice, nurtures self-reflection, and supports spiritual growth. You’ll also gain insights to inspire and guide students, helping them connect body, mind, and spirit in a meaningful way.

Ayurveda & Holistic Health — Prevent & Heal

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, is a key component of our retreats and TTC programs. You’ll learn how diet, daily routines, and herbal therapies can restore balance, boost immunity, and support overall wellness. Practical teachings on dosha balancing, seasonal routines, herbal oils, detox practices, and self-massage techniques (Abhyanga) are integrated alongside yoga and meditation. By understanding these holistic practices, you’ll gain tools to maintain health naturally, enhance your personal transformation, and guide students toward holistic well-being in your future teaching.

Pranayama — Energize & Detox

Breath is the bridge between body and mind. In our Yoga TTC and retreat programs, you’ll explore a variety of pranayama techniques, including Kapalabhati, Vastrika, Anulom Vilom, Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, and Ujjayi, designed to energize the body, detoxify the system, and balance the nervous system. These practices enhance concentration, boost vitality, and perfectly complement both asana and meditation sessions. Regular breathwork strengthens lung capacity, calms the mind, and deepens awareness, supporting both personal transformation and holistic well-being. TTC students also gain the knowledge and confidence to safely guide others in these essential techniques, preparing them to teach breathwork with clarity and care.

Chakras, Kriyas & Energy Work — Balance Your Energy

Our retreats and TTC programs include practices to awaken and balance the subtle body. You’ll explore chakras, kriyas, bandhas, mudras, and energy flow techniques, designed to release blockages, restore vitality, and deepen meditation. Kriyas cleanse the body and mind, while chakra and energy practices help align emotional, mental, and physical health. Understanding and experiencing these techniques allows you to cultivate inner harmony, enhance spiritual awareness, and confidently integrate energy work into your teaching and personal practice.

Yoga Teaching Skills (for TTC) — Train to become a Teacher

Our TTC programs guide you to become a confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate yoga teacher. You’ll learn class sequencing, alignment adjustments, communication skills, and hands-on teaching methods, along with how to integrate meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and Ayurveda into your classes. This training prepares you to safely and effectively guide students of all levels while deepening your own practice. By the end of the course, you’ll have the skills and inspiration to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
